Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your iKIPPAH, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unworn iKIPPAH in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
